You'll notice on the left side of the applet two pairs of axes, which I will call the oscilloscope. The upper pair of axes graphs the voltage and current versus time - just as a regular oscilloscope would. Notice that time moves from left to right - the current values of V and I are found at the origin. The other pair of axes does something different.
