Ride the water, ride the wind!
When I'm not riding the wind on my motorcycle, I love to be riding
the wind on the water! This is me sailing a 31' boat on Lake Pepin in Lake
City, Minnesota -- a nice side-trip on this summer's bike trip! It was
really good to get off those hot, humid planes of the midwest and onto a
large body of water again! Ahhhhhh...
I also go sailing here at home with my good friend Robin. She has a 33'
sailboat docked at San Pedro. Four of us go on weekend sails to Catalina.
Three dive, I don't. We call ourselves BOBCATS -- it's an acronym, but I'm
not divulging! It's a club secret...
