A view of the dewar on the newly completed handling cart. The dewar attaches to the cart the same way it attaches to the telescope. The four black boxes flanking the liquid nitrogen can (at top) are the power supplies for the calibration lamps. The power supplies are controlled via relays (shiny box, lower right) in such a way that any combination of the neon, argon, krypton, and xenon lamps may be turned on. The infrared camera sits in the black gimbal structure in the foreground. The square CaF2 exit window on the PIFS dewar (covered here) feeds light into the camera entrance window. Light enters the PIFS on the side of the dewar facing the chalkboard.
