Postdocs: if you would like to come to Caltech through a national or Caltech fellowship and collaborate, please let me know! The primary Caltech fellowship are the Caltech EXP Prize Fellowhip, the Burke Fellowship, and the Presidential Postdoctoral Fellewship. The primary national fellowships are NSF AAPF, NHFP Hubble Fellowship, and the Brinson Prize Fellowship.

Group expectations

Our acknowledgement of each other's humanity in our interactions is the foundation on which we do our inquiry as scientists. I expect that we treat each other with respect: give the other person the benefit of the doubt, check your (un)conscious biases, critique ideas not people. Let's strive to create a welcoming environment for people from diverse backgrounds.

To facilitate clear communication of expectations, this expectation sheet contains useful topics of discussions that I use as guidelines with my group members.
