A Taiwanese in USTC net? What a surprise ! Anyway, there are many
programs can convert GB to Big5 online or offline, just search best.ifcss.org.
I am the guy maintaining this library. If anybody wants to establish a Big5
mirror site, you are very welcome to do that.
