Hi, why not just ask the head of the physics dept., "You put an item
of 'top 2%' in the recommendation form, and somebody is gonna use it.
How would it be if the class size in USTC is only 25? (25 x 2% = 0.5,
Half person?) Oops, math? or mass? :-)
Tell him, USTC = Ultra-Suprior-Top-Classes. Does that justify a top 2%?
