Hi, everyone. I got the message above a few days ago. I said no to that
person. But now, I changed my mind. I realize there are about 100
messages in the current bullentin board:

It is very hard for one to find which messages are new, which are read before.
Therefore, I set up another email list for those who want receive new
posts on the bulletin board. About once a month (depending on how many
posts we have on the board), I will post an edited copy of the new messages
to the list.
If you like to subscribe the bulletin board, please send a message to
chinese@cauchy.math.udel.edu
with subject: signon ustc.bb
(make sure the spelling of signon).
Note again, ustc.1@cauchy.math.udel.edu is the list for mid-Atlantic region
alumni. Maybe we can set up ustc.llo@cauchy.math.udel.edu too (just kidding).
