Central-Style Shaolin Kung Fu Hand Techniques Exercise

Begin by assuming horse-stance position, hands raised and crossed at wrists in front. Fist both hands and bring hands to hips (both fists "chambered"). Tighten upper body and begin "push-pull" hand techniques.

  7. tiger claw
  8. spear hand
  9. spear hand strike
  10. return to double chambered position

At conclusion of selected number of repetitions, return to crossed wrist position and raise heels up. Maintain "up on the toes position" for two minutes. Drop heels back to floor and close stance, rising up to full upright standing.
