   NIKE SWINGS AT GOLF: Nike plans to unveil its first women's golfwear line this afternoon at the Motown cafe in New York. The 35-piece collection, which features shorts, skirts, sweaters, pants and jackets, will be shipped to specialty stores, pro shops and department stores in December. It will wholesale from $ 45 to $ 80.

"Our research showed that consumers are finding limited choices for golfwear. There's a lot of florals and pinks out there, but we're definitely going after a sporty look," a Nike spokeswoman said. "We found that a lot of women are buying their golf clothes at places like Gap and Banana Republic. Our line speaks to that customer."

Pro golfer Kelli Kuehne, who endorses Nike, will appear in advertising for the golf line.
