Aleman's Mom's Tinga Recipe
Ingredients
4 pieces
chicken thighs
1 can
Herdez chipotle chilis (whole)
1 can
Herdez tomato sauce
1
Chorizo
1 cube
Knorr Chicken Bouillon
Procedure
Cook and shred chicken.
Put 2 chipotle chilis, chicken bouillon, and tomato sauce in a blender and mix.
Put ~10cm chorizo in frying pan, low fire, covered. Fry till the color darkens, ~10 min.
Add sauce mix to the frying pan, mix on low fire till it simmers, ~3 min.
Add chicken and mix.
