Important FTP sites:

1) ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/wormbase

This contains current and previous wormbase releases

2) ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/wormbase/current_release

This will always point to the latest release directory.

3) Each release directory should always contain the tarred, gzipped acedb database files, a CHROMOSOMES subdirectory with dna, gff, and agp files for each chromosome, a zipped copy of both Wormpep and WormRNA, the release letter, and a copy of the latest models (also included in the archived database), and a file of confirmed genes.
