Mission
The mission of the Caltech Webmaster Forum is to provide an ongoing forum and peer-to-peer support network for those actively involved in creating and maintaining significant portions of the Caltech web presence. This forum will provide a means to coordinate efforts to avoid duplication (and reinvention!), efficiently resolve technical issues, share knowledge and advice, and assure the continual evolution of a cohesive, coherent, compelling and maintainable Caltech web presence.
Meetings
After a long hiatus, the Webmaster Forum has resumed regular meetings. As of January 2007, we have started meeting on the third Thursday of each month in Room 139 Moore. We plan to have a specific discussion topic or presentation each month but these should be short and leave plenty of time for more general discussion so feel free to bring questions on any web-related topic. This group is open to all who have a role in a Caltech web site - from programmers to content provider to users. Please join us.
