Veggie Stir Fry Pita
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- few drops olive oil
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 whole wheat pita
- Optional: Tofu "chicken" strips
Preparation
- Chop peppers and onoins to a size you like.
- Saute onions and peppers (and tofu) in olive oil until onions are translucent and peppers are firm-tender.
- Stuff a pita and munch!
