The Ultimate Burrito
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 1/4 cup raw black beans, sorted and washed
- small can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 bag of your favorite frozen veggies
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
Preparation
- Cook beans in ~1/2 cup of water for about 1 and a half hours.
- Add rice, tomato sauce, and spices.
- Cook on med-low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Add veggies to mix and cook about 15 more minutes.
- Load up a tortilla and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Munch out!
