Better-Can-O-Soup
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 can of your favorite vegetable soup
- 1-2 roma (plum) tomatos
- 1/8- 1/4 cup drained capers
- a bunch of basil
- other spices to taste
Preparation
- Cut tomatos in half and sprinkle a generous amount of basil all over them.
- Bake tomatos at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat up can of soup.
- Dice tomatos and keep juices.
- Add tomatos, capers, and seasoning to soup.
- Warm it all up and eat!
Delicious served when hot.
