USTC Power BBS Station
USTC BBS is located at Hefei, Anhui. Here is a guideline to use the BBS.
You need a Chinese system and a client program to access it.
The IP address of PBBS server has been changed. You need to modify your configuration file.
- X Window. CXTERM is recommended. You can get the client source code and compile it yourself. I have the binary for SunOS 4.1.X available. At last, you need to change the IP address to 202.38.64.3 in your ~/.pbbsrc file.
- MS DOS. A Chinese system supporting direct write to VGA RAM is required. Recommendations are: UCDOS or Techway. bbs22.exe is the executable. And then, you should change your PBBS_SERVER to 202.38.64.3 in your WATTCP.CFG file.
- No Macintosh version.
