Caltech Russian Club Board Meeting #10

6pm, 17 Mar 2006, Central Catalina Recroom.

Present: Pankine, Karabalin, Grudinin, Gross, Kharevych, 
Bohossian, Dvoretskii, Taganov.

(1) Discussed upcoming International Week and Food Fair

(2) Discussed plans for the next Club party. Possible dates are March 31,
or later around the beginning of May. It takes about 10 days to put
a party together. We need to collaborate with other clubs to 
make sure that the attendance is high and the crowd is diverse.

Resolved: by a 4-1 vote the party will take place March 31.

(3) International Week movie. Resolved to show "Bumer" if we can 
get a subtitled DVD. If not we'll go with the "Prisoner of the Mountains"
that we already have. 

(4) SIF funding. The deadline is April 1st. We need to prepare
an application and ask for some money for DVDs. Talk to the ISP
people about the possibility of storing the DVDs on a shelf at ISP.
