Reservoirs of Disease
Welcome to my site! I'm interested in a subset of chronic diseases that have a proliferating disease agent - such as a virus, bacterium, parasite, or even cancer cell. I want to find the rules governing what makes these diseases persist despite the immune system and therapy. In other words, I'm looking for a quantitative description of how different disease reservoirs are constructed.
