the following Saturday). We invite all members of the Caltech

The Asian Pacific Student Union organizes an annual Caltech
Iron Chef competition. We may be nerds, but we like our food!

Pig Roast & Luau
From 1998-2000, we held a luau in our back yard, and the luau
will return as soon as we forget how much work it is. Check out

Christmas Party 1998
The Prufrock Christmas Party is not like the other
Prufrock parties - it's really a gathering of Prufrock
members and a small group of other people who hang with
us and tolerate us socially. The point of this party is
to kick back and socialize, not party 'til our feet fall
off. Trust us, it takes a few months to recover from the
Halloween party and

Gradiators 1999
So this year Prufrock decided to enter a team in the annual
Caltech Gradiators contest. Gradiators is basically an excuse
for a bunch of grad students to skip working in lab one
Saturday a year, get a sunburn, and spend the next 2 days
complaining about being sore. I s'pose if we acknowledged
the existence of the sun more often, that wouldn't happen,
