| After fighting to get the chicken wire and burlap open, the meat practically fell off the bone, ensuring that the pig was well-cooked. The meat tasted great, though not everybody at Prufrock got to eat because we were constantly running around preparing more drinks and food. It was quite hectic because we got about twice as many people as we anticipated - approximately 250 showed up over the course of the luau, from 6pm-10pm. | opened up pig |

The food line formed quickly and people ate a lot. It was as if free food at dinnertime would cause a lot of people to show up or something. |
