  • PerSeptive Biosystems Voyager Elite DE.str matrix assisted, laser desorption, time-of-flight with delayed extracton and high sensitivity linear detector.

  • Perkin Elmer/Sciex API 365 triple quadrupole/ electrospray tandem mass spectrometer.

  • Applied Biosystems' QStar-XL -"Pulsar" quadrupole/time-of-flight mass spectrometer.

    • LC/MS

  • A nanoflow capillary HPLC (EKsigent) which uses an electronically metered, pressure amplified pump has been added for two dimensional cLC-MS/MS. Initially the arrangement will be SCX- RP trap -0.1mmX60mm analytical RP- MS/MS.

  • Nanoflow capillary HPLC dedicated to nanoliter/min. gradient elution for on-line, electrospray ionization (ESI). Consists of Eldex, Micropro 1000 pump, Spark Holland FAMOS autosampler, and switched 6 port valve for peak parking. Self-packed 0.1 mm X 60 mm capillary C18 columns. This system was created by our lab and features laminar-flow generated microgradient technology for direct, splitless flow, linear gradient elution at nanoliter flowrates.
