Polarization DH-PALM | DH-PALM | 3D localization | 3D tracking | DH-PSF | QSIP

My doctoral thesis focused on computational optical sensing and imaging (COSI). COSI systems use unconventional optics (masks, holograms) and active illumination (structured in space and time) to capture information that is normally untapped in traditional imaging systems. While COSI systems can be used for a variety of applications like extended depth of field imaging, compressive sensing, and computational spectroscopy, my PhD thesis concentrated on 3D polarization sensitive superresolution imaging (Polarization DH-PALM), 3D single-molecule superresolution imaging (DH-PALM), 3D position localization, 3D tracking, double-helix point spread function engineering (DH-PSF), and quantitative phase imaging (QSIP).
