All were infected the day after plating, with the medium change.  Virus was not rinsed off.  No drugs.

This one has one aliquot of Actin-EGFP.  It is the least green of the bunch.
This one has 1/2 aliquot of cytosolic EGFP.  This one seems to be the best. Here is another image of it, and one more.
This one has a full aliquot of cytosolic EGFP.  It doesn't look bad, but there seems to be more junk (and cell death?) than in the
1/2 aliquot case.
