Melissa Yeung


I am a graduate student in Computing + Mathematical Sciences and Mathematics at Caltech, funded by a Department of Energy Computational Science Graduate Fellowship. I was previously funded by a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. My advisor is Mathieu Desbrun, and I am a member of the Applied Geometry Lab.

I study topological data analysis for the detection of dynamics in sparse time series data and in high-dimensional data.
