Thesis: A Mossbauer Spectrometry Study of Fe-Ni-X Alloys
Solute-induced perturbations of the 57Fe hyperfine magnetic field in Fe-Ni and
Fe-Ni-X were systematized and explained with a
magnetic response model.
These systematics were then used to measure solute
partitioning to retained austenite in Fe-Ni-X alloys and commercial 9Ni steel.
