Cheng Yeaw Ku - Intersecting families in the alternating group and direct product of symmetric groups

It is known that the only largest intersecting families in the symmetric group are the cosets of point stabilizers. We prove that similar results hold for the alternating group and direct product of symmetric groups. This is a joint work with Tony Wong.
