Course Description
 
 
This is the first term of a three quarter survey course on Discrete Mathematics. The main topics will be enumeration and graph theory, with additional material on probability, number theory, geometry, codes, complexity and cryptography.
 
Policies
 
 
Grades will be based on weekly homework assignments. There will be no examinations. You may discuss homework problems with other students, but solutions should be written up individually, in your own words.

Late homework policy:  Late homework will not be accepted without a legitimate explanation.
