The program and instructions are available from Indiana University at,

However, it is easier to install the program from our private lab source
using these modified instructions:

  1.  Connect to orphanin.caltech.edu using Winscp.  Download
      the folder, /home/fong/Fong/Loops to be stored on the local computer
      as C:\Loops

  2.  Run C:\Loops\JDK-1_0_2-win32-x86.exe, which will create the
      folder, C:\Loops\Java.

  3.  Relocate the folder, C:\Loops\Java to be C:\Java

  4.  Run C:\Loops\LoopDL.bat

  5.  Select the menu item, Options|Edit Framework Prefs.  In the Preference
      window, add an entry designating the path to your web browser, e.g.

      user.openurl="C=\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer\\iexplore.exe"

  6.  Quit the application to secure the changes.

  7.  Create a shortcut to C:\Loops\LoopDL.bat, and place it in a new
      folder named,

      C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\LoopDLoop
