Subject:  Network Backup of Orexin

Orexin, the Windows XP Pro computer in 330A Kerckhoff, has been added
to the weekly network tape backup.

The D: drive on this computer will be backed up every Monday morning
at 3:05 AM using the Retrospect Multi-Server 6.0 package.  Shortly
before the backup, at 3:00 AM, the computer will automatically reboot
itself, and network shares will be locked out until the backup process
finishes.

To prevent data loss and corruption, please close files on this
workstation before the reboot, and refrain from accessing files during
the backup process.  The status can be monitored from the Orexin
console, by running Start|Programs|Retrospect Client.  Please do not
alter the application settings.
