Welcome to your new residence! This is the online version of the Move-in Inspection Form. This form will be kept on file to note the condition of the unit when you take possession. You may be held responsible for any changes or damages that occur during your tenancy other than normal wear and tear, so make sure to complete the form thoroughly. When submitting the form, check the premises carefully, and be specific in all items noted. Use the request field to add additional items, if necessary.

Please Note: If you live in a grad/lease unit other than Catalina Grad Housing you may submit the online version of this form. Once received you will be contacted by Housing staff in order to set up a verification walkthough of the unit with you.

To protect yourself from unwarranted charges, the property must be left in the same condition as when you moved in. There will be a pre-move out inspection prior to your departure in order to determine what, if any, corrections you will need to make.

This inspection should help insure against any additional charges. The preliminary move-out inspection will be done within and no sooner than 14 days prior to your departure. The final move-out inspection will be performed after your departure.
