01. Preparatory Stance: Horse Stance: shoulders slightly rolled forward; palms of hands facing thighs
02. Commencement Tai Chi: turn hands up; circle large ball low to high
03. Half-squat, rise up: shift weight to left leg; circle down with right hand; push forward, hands rising to:
04. Grasp sparrow's tail- right; hold the little ball
05. Grasp sparrow's tail-left; hold the little ball
06. Single Whip  
07. Polish the tabletop  
08. White Crane cools its wings  
09. Pivot, turn CW to SE diagonal, sit back, reverse hand positions to right hand low left hand centered.
10. Turn right hand up, pivot left; turn right hand down, pivot right to brush knee; hold the little ball
11. Play pipa step back with left foot, rolling right hand forward, left hand following 1800later
12. Stepping forward with hop, rolling hands hands roll same direction and progression as step 11

19. Brush knee and strike to SW diagonal; right hand circles by ear; step to diagonal with left foot, hold the little ball
20. Play pipa: Step back circling hands, changing direction to West to play the pipa; push down, scoop, push forward to grasp the sparrow's tail; hold the little ball
21. Single whip to the North
22. Strike to the North with left palm strike - right hand brush knee
23. Fist under elbow  
24. Upside down holding monkey 1 pivot clock wise, settle with left hand high, right low; shoulder strike (with right shoulder); pivot remaining forward-weighted to brush knee; hold the little ball
25. Upside down holding monkey 2 hold the watermelon and pivot counter clock wise to NW diagonal; open; shoulder strike (left shoulder) to NW diagonal; pivot staying forward-weighted to brush knee; hold the little ball
26. Upside down holding monkey 3 hold the watermelon and pivot clock wise to SW diagonal; open; shoulder strike (right shoulder) to SW diagonal; pivot staying forward-weighted to brush knee; hold the little ball
27. Upside down holding monkey 4 pivot clock wise, settle with left hand high, right low; shoulder strike (with right shoulder); pivot remaining forward-weighted to brush knee; hold the little ball; play the pipa

48. Kneel down, punch down with left fist; right blocks high
49. FIying jump kick: pivot 180 degree rising up; right hand and foot carry body up for jump kick with left leg; settle back on left leg, both hands pushing down  
50. Beast head posture:

stepping back with right foot, turn body CCW; hands rising to double fist #1; turn body to left; reversing hand position for double fist #2; shift weight to left foot, picking up right foot and kick with right hand and right foot extended, left hand near ear, palm facing out  
51. Step around left foot and push down; right hand lower than than left; scoop with right hand  
52. Side kick with left foot, left hand over left leg, right hand extended fully to the rear; look in direction of kick; step down on left foot turned out, body moving forward and turning to left as you chop to left with right open hand; left hand fisted by hip  
53. Step forward, move, grasp, strike step right foot forward; right hand circles counter clock wise; body brings left punch forward over right wrist; turn right hand up; wipe grip off left wrist - push opponent away

65. Lady at the shuttle 1 left hand circles up and over to right side, then down and up blocking high; right hand strikes forward in spear hand position; follow step; first strike is to the W  
66. Lady at the shuttle 2 second strike is to the E, with follow step

68. Lady at the shuttle 4 after 3/4 turn pivoting CW, strike is to W; follow step

104. Seven star punch: sit back and sweep right as body goes forward sweeping past East then closing back to center line (back weighted final position)  
105. Ride the tiger: double fist; step behind with left foot, left hand going high, right hand picks up right foot; right hand fist hiding low inside right knee (one legged stance)  
106.Lotus kick: 360 degree CCW pivot on left leg shifting weight to right leg at end of pivot; leave both hands and arms high and extended to left at end of pivot; swing left leg up and around CCW; right hand hits left knee; left hand hits left foot  
107.Bend bow; shoot tiger: Pivot on right foot CW to SW diagonal and step back with left; forward weighted stance; lift and pivot CCW to SE diagonal and push down; continue downward circle of hands as you pivot back CW to SW diagonal with double uppercut; retract fists to chest; body moves back as you pivot CCW to East; right foot steps forward turned in as you kneel  
108. Kneel and punch up: right hand open crossed in front of left hand fisted  
Conclusion Tai Chi: pivot CCW in low position to North and push down as you stand up
