Oocyte Injection / Photolysis Setup

An injection station is used to inject mRNA and aminoacylated tRNA into oocytes for unnatural amino acid studies of ion channels.

This photolysis setup is used to deprotect aminoacylated tRNA before injection as well as caged amino acids and other chemical groups of interest.
