The workshop will start at 8 pm sharp!! Don't be late!
Winnett Lounge (2nd floor)
A 2 hour workshop featuring guest instructors Simon Costain and Brooke Voight who have been dancing and teaching ceroc in Australia for the past 6 years. This will be an intermediate level workshop** with a "tango styling" theme! Focusing on Tango Styling in Modern Jive moves, Simon and Brooke will show you the sexier side of Modern Jive with new moves, dips, drops, poses and timing. These moves are perfect to help you learn to dance to slower music, and spice up those faster songs.
Cost: $8
** What does Intermediate Level mean?
It means that:
- you should be comfortable dancing basic ceroc figures
- you should maintain a good connection with your partner (and thus be able to lead/follow moves well)
- you should be able to dance on time (at least most of the time:) )
- you do NOT need any experience with dips or drops, but be aware that the workshop will cover these so be prepared to learn!!
