Heather McCaig
Heather McCaig was primarily trained by Barbara Remington in Portland, Oregon, and also attended Summer Dance Lab in Walla Walla, Washington. During her
undergraduate years at Oregon State University she danced at the Corvallis Ballet Academy as well as commuted to Portland to rehearse at the Stites Center
with Barbar Remington on the weekends. She performed as a principal with the Stites Concert Ballet and Pacific Festival Ballet, and has been a guest artist
with Corvallis Ballet Academy, Columbia Dance, and Pasadena Civic Ballet. She is currently a company member of Pasadena Dance Theatre and Pasadena Civicd Ballet.
Her roles include Swanhilda from Copellia, Bluebird and Crystal Fairy from The Sleeping Beauty, Dewdrop Fairy in The Nutcracker, and Paquita in the ballet of
the same name.
Heather is currently pursuing a phd in chemistry and is the primary coordinator for the Caltech Ballet Club. Over the plase three years she has performed pieces
from Raymonda, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Paquita, and Carmen at the Caltech Dance Show. She has also choreographed a contemporary solo (Labyrinth) and classical
group pieces (Waltz of the Hours and Carmen) for the ballet club to perform in the Caltech Dance Show.

Aileen Oyama Hui
Aileen began her ballet training at the age of 4 in Tokyo, Japan. In addition to her training under private instruction, she was involved with her school’s ballet
program and performed in annual ballet performances. At the age of 7, she moved to Hong Kong and was enrolled in Carol Bateman’s School of Dancing, an extension
of the London School of Ballet. There, she was trained under the Royal Academy syllabus and successfully completed up to the 5th level of the Royal Academy of
Dance (R.A.D.) examinations. At 13, she moved to the United States where she participated in her high school’s dance program and began training in modern dance.
During the last two years of high school, she danced with her school’s audition-only dance company, Saltatrix, performing in dance concerts in addition to local
dance showcases. During her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Aileen took classes in the University dance department and during her
final year at the University, performed in the annual dance showcase. Currently, Aileen is pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Caltech and has been taking dance
classes at local studios both in Pasadena and in Los Angeles and has been actively participating in the Caltech Ballet Club.

Marta Letelier
Marta Letelier studied ballet intensively during 6 years in Chile and later on trained also in other dance styles like Flamenco, Salsa, Merengue, Tango and Bellydance. In early 2009 she began participating and collaborating with the activities of the Caltech Dance Show and the Ballet Club. |
