PAYING BY CHECK:
Make all checks payable to Paula. By paying with a check (cash or bullion)
you are implicitly agreeing to the enclosed terms.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 1. Deposit (50%
of rental) within one week of booking 2. Remainder and separate $500.00
damage deposit check no later than thirty (30) days of arrival.
NOTIFICATION:
You
will receive the following set of e-mails before you arrive. 1. A reservation
confirmation and deposit notice (immediately after booking) 2. A confirmation
of deposit payment (deposit must be paid in one week) 3. A reminder to
pay the balance no later than thirty (30) days of arrival 4. A confirmation
of balance payment Around ten days prior to your arrival you will receive
a key, detailed written instructions and a map.
AGREEMENT:
I/We, the undersigned of the "xxxxx" party, staying the Breckenridge vacation
home, agree to the following: Cancellation Policy: Greater than 4 weeks
prior to booking: Loss of deposit payment - although every attempt will
be made to re-book the time if re-booking occurs then the deposit will
be refunded.
