This epic film is based on
Sadat’s autobiography “In Search for an Identity” and his wife’s Jihane
el-Sadat’s “A Woman of Egypt”. The president is played by Ahmed
Zaki, which covers his humble
beginning, to his eventual position as the president of Egypt, the
Camp-David peace treaty, for which he was awarded the Nobel prize, and
then his assassination in 1981.

by the late Abdelhalim Hafez. Taking place in
Alexandria

foq al-Shagara follows the relationship of a college student, Adel,
and
his girlfriend, Amaa'l during their summer vacation. The film
captures
a range of emotions as these two young lovers experience a
summer
together. Along with Abdelhalim Hafez, the film stars the great
Abdel
Halim Hafez, the wonderful Nadia Lutfi and the beautiful Mervat
Amin.
