STUDENT ORGANIZATION APPLICATION FOR ALUMNI ASSOCIATION FINANCIAL SUPPORT

The information contained on this form will be used to determine how much, if any, funding your organization will receive from the Caltech Alumni Association. Please answer each question as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Funding is approved by the Student/Faculty/Alumni Relations Committee of the Association Board of Directors.

Some factors that we have considered in the past include:

Number of participants
Whether the group activity is open to all members of the Caltech community
Whether the activity has occurred in the past and if so, how it was received by the Caltech community
The amount of funds requested as a percentage of our budget for organizational funding

In general, we prefer to fund organizations which are broadly based, open to all, and which encourage interactions among students, faculty, staff, alumni and others. Prior funding is no guarantee of future funding.
