| July 25 - Aug 1 | The Canadian Rockies: A Family Learning
Adventure This trip is designed for the entire family. Science and arts activities have been developed for the younger travelers (ages 8-17) to stimulate curiosity in the history, geology and the unique flora and fauna of this awe-inspiring region. Dr. Joseph Kirschvink, Professor of Geobiology at Caltech, is our study leader for this program. Enhancing the rich educational experience for adults and children are hiking expeditions, horseback riding, rafting and sightseeing excursions. Join other Caltech families in discovering the majestic views of the Rockies and the natural beauty of Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks. If you have ever thought about taking your children or grandchildren on a trip, this is the program for you. For additional information, contact Caltech Alumni Association at (626) 395-6592 or educate@alumni.caltech.edu or Siemer & Hand Travel at (800) 451-4321. |
