The Caltech Job Connection is an online job board where you can search for or post current job openings. As a Caltech alumnus, you can search for jobs (some listed by fellow Techers) or if you want to hire an alumnus, you can post a job for them to view.

Who has access to it and how is it advertised?

Non-alumni employers may post jobs, but postings are intended to be viewed by Caltech alumni and students. The site is advertised to alumni through our bimonthly e-newsletter, Caltech News (published quarterly), and on our website.
