  • Perkin Elmer/Applied Biosystems' Inc. model microbore HPLC capable of direct-flow LC,140D dual syringe drive pump, Perkin Elmer UV detector with Applied Biosystems' capillary "U" flowcell, 112A column heater with integral rheodyne injector, 0.5 mm ID C18 column, and EZchrom Elite chromatography software.
  • Nanoflow capillary HPLC dedicated to cLC-MS/MS with nanoliter/min. gradient elution for on-line, electrospray ionization (ESI). Consists of Eldex, Micropro 1000 pump, Spark Holland FAMOS autosampler, and switched 6 port valve for peak parking. Self-packed 0.1 mm X 60 mm capillary C18 columns. This system was created by our lab and features laminar-flow generated microgradient technology for direct, splitless flow, linear gradient elution at nanoliter flowrates.
  • NEW A second nanoflow capillary HPLC (EKsigent) which uses an electronically metered, pressure amplified pump has been added for two dimensional cLC-MS/MS.
