The G4 Mac in the BIF that hosts the Calendar program has died. I have temporarily set up a Calendar in a gmail account that you can sign in here:

Please make sure to choose the right Calendar when you are signing up for time.

Also when you sign up it's important that you list your PI's last name first, then a coma, then their first name, then a / with no spaces on either side and then your full name. As an example we'll use John Smith from the Feynman lab:

Feynman, Richard/John Smith

Remember that during business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, you should try to limit your longest reservation, on each microscope, to 4 hours with a maximum of 12 hours a week. Also try not to reserve the system more than 2 weeks in advance. There are no limits outside of business hours, on weekends and holidays.

If you find a microscope free 24 hours in advance you are welcome to sign up for more than 4 hours.
