Simple Sequence Repeat List

The entries below comprise the results of a search of the first 16,000 BAC-end sesquences for simple sequence

repeats of two-, three- or four-base repeats. They are presented in fasta file format with the title, start and stop of the

repeat, and repeated sequence on the title line with the sequence following. There is a glitch in the current software

such that multiple repeats within the same sequence result in the sequence being written out again following the

second repeat.
